Getting Started

Creating an Account

1 Click Sign Up in the top navigation bar.
2 Enter your name, email, and choose a password.
3 Alternatively, sign up with your Google account for one-click access.
4 Once signed up, you can browse events, RSVP, and create your own events.

Logging In

Click Login and enter your email and password, or use Sign in with Google. If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your email.

Browsing & Discovering Events

Browse Events

The homepage displays all upcoming events. Use the search bar to filter events by name. Each event card shows the event poster, date, venue, and a short description. Click View Details to see full information, or RSVP to register right away.

Sharing Events

Click the share button on any event card to share it via WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Email, or copy the event link directly to your clipboard.

People Directory

Visit the People page to browse organizers and other users. Click on any profile to see their public page and the events they've organized.

RSVP & Attendance

RSVP to an Event

1 Make sure you are logged in.
2 Open an event and click RSVP.
3 Fill in your name, email, and contact number.
4 Submit and you'll receive a confirmation email with a QR code for check-in.

My RSVPs

Go to My RSVPs from the navigation bar to see all events you've RSVP'd to, along with your check-in status and QR code for each.

Creating & Managing Events

Create an Event

1 Click Create Event in the navigation bar.
2 Fill in the event name, description, date & time, and venue.
3 Upload an event poster (optional but recommended).
4 Set a dashboard passcode — this lets collaborators access the event dashboard.
5 Submit and your event goes live!

Edit or Delete an Event

Go to My Events to see all events you've created. From there you can edit event details or delete an event. Only the event creator can edit or delete it.

Event Dashboard

Each event has a dashboard protected by the passcode you set during creation. The dashboard lets you view attendees, check people in, access the QR scanner, view analytics, and export attendee data. You can also share the passcode with team members via Join Dashboard.

QR Code Check-In

How QR Check-In Works

1 When someone RSVPs, they receive a unique QR code via email.
2 At the event, open the QR Scanner from the event dashboard.
3 Point your camera at the attendee's QR code.
4 The system instantly verifies and checks them in.

Manual Check-In

If QR scanning isn't available, you can manually check in attendees from the Attendees list on the event dashboard by clicking the check-in button next to their name.

Analytics & Data Export

Event Analytics

Access analytics from your event dashboard to see total RSVPs, check-in rates, registration trends over time, and check-in patterns by hour. This helps you understand your event's performance at a glance.

Export Attendees

From the attendees page, export your attendee list as a CSV file (for spreadsheets) or a styled PDF report with ATTENDEEZ branding. Exports include name, email, contact, check-in status, and registration time.

Your Profile

Manage Your Profile

Click the profile icon in the navigation bar to view and edit your profile. You can update your name, bio, phone number, and profile picture. Your public profile is visible to other users and shows the events you've organized.

Is ATTENDEEZ free to use?
Yes! ATTENDEEZ is completely free for both event organizers and attendees. Create unlimited events, manage RSVPs, and use QR check-in at no cost.
Do I need an account to browse events?
No, you can browse all events without an account. However, you need to sign up and log in to RSVP, create events, or access your dashboard.
What is a dashboard passcode?
When you create an event, you set a passcode for the event dashboard. This lets you (and anyone you share the passcode with) access the dashboard to manage attendees, scan QR codes, and view analytics. Share it with your team via the "Join Dashboard" feature.
Can I edit my event after creating it?
Yes, go to "My Events" and click on your event to edit its name, description, date, venue, poster, or passcode at any time.
How does QR check-in work offline?
QR check-in requires an internet connection to verify the attendee's code and update their status in real time. Make sure you have mobile data or Wi-Fi at your venue.
Can I install ATTENDEEZ as an app on my phone?
Yes! ATTENDEEZ is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On Android, you'll see an "Install" banner. On iOS Safari, tap the Share button and select "Add to Home Screen." It works and feels like a native app.
